Why no charging gift cards?

Why is there no way to gift super charging miles/energy? It would be a nice option to be able to purchase or gift charging to loved ones just in the same way you can purchase a gas/fuel gift card for a family member. Tesla doesn't have a way to do this, nor do any of the other charging networks that I've looked at. I even tried purchasing a one of those Visa gift cards and using that number in Electrify America, but that doesn't work either. I don't want to be continually billed for a gift item, but I'd like to purchase a fixed amount and once it's up, it's up. Seems like an oversight to me, especially as EV's are starting to become more popular. I guess I'm just more curious if anyone else has thought the same thing?

That's a great idea! But then again are there even gas gift cards for ICE vehicles?

I’m not sure if in all countries, but I’ve purchased several in the U.S. at gas stations. When I had an ICE car, was always a perfect gift, because it always got used.
