When exactly is the date of submitting the completed order?

I see following.

Until i click on Proceed With Delivery, where am i in the order process?

Until i click on Proceed With Delivery, is the order not yet completed?

Or, is the order has already begun the process of preparing and coordinating the vehicle delivery?

Vehicle is configured.

The final price sheet as in MVPA is received, I've reviewed it.

Prior to receiving the VIN, the EDD was showing between Mar 28 and Apr 4.

So, is the vehicle delivery still on track between Mar 28 and Apr 4, regardless of when i accept the order changes?
