vinyl wrap after ceramic and/or ppf

so i've had my 3 for about 9 months and have been wanting to get a wrap (color vinyl, not PPF) done.

my car has xpel ppf on the front bumper and the whole car was 3 layers of cquartz uk3.0 (done by me). can an installer wrap my car as is, as in, over the ppf and ceramic?

one that i got a quote from said they "have something they use to prep the car"

any insights?

The ceramic coating might add a level of difficulty to wrapping over it. But, overall, there shouldn't be any major issue with adding a color change over the PPF, so long as the PPF was installed properly.
