Has anyone else not received the version 9 update yet? I had my Model 3 taken to a service center about a month ago and I'm wondering if what they fixed is messing with the update or if I've been reading the wrong stuff and version 9 just isn't available to everyone yet

I would *estimate* from TeslaFi (on mobile or I’d copy and paste) that 33% of that sample are still below 2018.39.x. Meaning not on v9 something.

If that expands to the population as a whole, a lot of people don’t have some version of v9 yet.

So, you are not alone, for whatever reason.
