Has anyone had any issues redeeming their credits?
I purchased a Model Y 7 days ago now and whenever I try to redeem my 3500 loyalty credits for the All Weather Interior Liners I just "We are unable to place your order, please try again".
It also states that the accessory is not compatible with any vehicle in my account... Which clearly I have a Model Y as I can see it.
Anybody know how to resolve this or possibly even an email I can reach out to Tesla about regarding the credits not working?
