Turned down due to concrete tile with battens?

I got an email Tuesday that my permits had been received for my 2nd system that we ordered a couple months ago (5.1kW + 1 Powerwall), but shortly after I got a call from my project advisor canceling my project because my concrete tile roof uses battens. Apparently they no longer install systems on roofs with these?

My advisor said my only option is to have a 3rd party roofing company come take out the battens, which is just not not an option.

Does anyone have any insight? Located in Central Florida.
