I will say though from the website it’s pretty difficult to understand WHAT ONE GETS? There is a bundle, then tray tables staring at $25, but then it’s listed as $79… and a link but that lands at $169? A bit better description MIGHT be beneficial.

No it doesn't interfere with the steering wheel and also, it is supposed to be used in the parked car while waiting at Superchargers or camping with the family

Instead, I bought the smaller plastic one for $3 that wedges on the steering wheel and it's pretty worthless. but the risk was only $3.

We have tested this product with a ham sandwich I made at home, and they still function normally.

It does. By classic, do you mean the 2012 - 2020 version? It works with both the pre-refresh and refreshed. Here is a list of all compatible products with the pre-freshed Model S > Model S/X (2012-2020)
