Suspension squeak 2022 Model S

I started hearing some loud squeaking over rough terrain on my Model S. The service choices in the app doesn't have a "suspension" section anymore - what else could it be or should I just book an appointment and try my luck in the SC?

I hear a lot of creaks on rough roads as well. I have a 2016 75D (June 2016 build with the updated bumper) and just under 60K miles/99K km.

No much more like a genuine "squeak"
