Next indicator of progress will be a meter installed in the meter can which is the gray box mounted to the green transformer. Once the meter is installed and its display has numbers showing, its less than 48 hrs until they are live. But normally much sooner.

Just stopped by and they were wiring it up. One of the workers said that they would be done today and then its up to the utility to install the meter. He said maybe a week or two from it opening.
