Ok. You're wrong about how V3 works. It's very unlikely that Entiat will be a V2 supercharger and the sizing of the electrical service isn't evidence to the contrary.
Yes, it looks like I may be wrong, as the V3 chargers can not output 250kVA "as I read" for all four stations concurrently from grid power, (unless the site is equipped with local battery storage as suggested by TeslaTap to supplement output to it's four station at peak demand).
So as Long Ranger indicated above, there is V3 power sharing, but its share for four stations on each V3 cabinet, rather then just two with the V2 stations.
So yes we could be getting V3's in Entiat.

Now when the road-tripping Tesla club pulls in, we'll see how it power shares.
