Supercharger - Carle Place, NY

There will be a new 12 stall Supercharger being constructed in Carle Place in the Carle Place Commons shopping center. This is directly across the street from the almost complete 12 stall Supercharger at Roosevelt Field Mall.

With this 12 stall charger on the north side of Old Country Road and the 12 stall on the south side in the mall, this would make 24 stalls of V3 chargers in this area.

Are you sure they are superchargers? Apart from no obvious familiar equipment, the permit details are different to the Garden City one.

The permit details are different from the Garden City one, but they are the same as the Massapequa one and the EA in Carle Place.
Also, workers confirmed it.

Because they're preparing now for:
= opening Superchargers to other brands;
-Tesla sales continuing to rise at 40-50% per annum.

It appears they are about to ramp up work here now that the one in the mall area of Garden City is almost finished.
I passed by there this morning and took these pictures.

The 12 stalls are in place as well as the cabinets. Probably still wiring things up, but looks like most of heavy lifting is done.

I hate to be the perpetual pessimist, but I zoomed in on the picture and the transformer's wires are still sticking out from the pad on the ground, as such, there is one heavy lift left, the transformer from the power company.

Yea, that's why I said most, not all. The one across the street has been waiting for a transformer for weeks.

Cabinets still covered, but looks like just waiting on power. Meter is installed.

Meter is on and the stalls are labeled but they still do not charge and the lights on the stalls are off. However, there was a guy from Tesla there the other day and the lights on the stalls were lit. So looks like it should be any day now.
