Southwest Austin will finally get a much needed 8-stall Supercharger at 5800 W Slaughter Ln, Austin, TX 78749.

Tesla is installing 8 EV charging posts, 2 charging cabinets, and 1 utility supplied pad-mount transformer at HEB, 5800 W Slaughter Lane.

Given the horrid reliability of 3rd party fast DC charging, I think they intend to open their charging network to other EVs with a CCS adapter and app. Tons of $$$ to be made...

That's the HEB I shop at...would never need to charge there (or anywhere else in town other than my garage), but cool I guess! Not sure who would be charging here, as that area is mostly single family homes.

It is the HEB we shop at too. There are apartments at Slaughter and 1826 and on La Cresada Drive between Beckett and Davis

Anybody able to pass by and visit? The permits for this site have the same events (Dec 13 & Feb 9) as the Ben White location, and that one started construction.
