It was snowing when my M3 was deleverd last year ... and it was like driving a sledge .
So I decided Winter tyres ... and I had some rims . 18" Speedlines which I believe were used in a Tarmac Rally Subaru , I had them on my road Subaru 10 years ago and resurected them .
Got the bore machined by an engineering company I know ... and them got them refurbished .
Offset was out a wee bit so I planed spacers ... got the wheels back and some spacers ... Basic error wheel face is flat on this speedline .. oops , never even looked
So ended up with the wheels not quite the way I wanted to look but I like it.
You may see me on my next road trips , Aberdeen - Warenpoint - Dublin- Holyhead - Twycross- Aberdeen next week .
Aberdeen -Dumfries- Wilton - Immingham- Hounslow - Tillbury - Olen - Dusseldorf - Aberdeen ... but with a stop on the way home in a few weeks time .

what tyres have you gone with? I’ve got winter sottozero 3s from memory and make a great combo.
