Speaker buzzing sound related the screen brightness

2020 MS LR+ consistent buzzing sound coming from driver door speaker at all times except when screen brightness is set to 100%. I've tried resetting, moving wires around, headlights, music on/off, Bluetooth, wifi, charging/not charging, etc. Tesla SC says it's related to the firmware but they have no fix yet (I'm not holding my breath), so they're not doing anything about it. Here is a video (turn up your volume). Any input or ideas would be appreciated:

Did it just start happening? Is the car new?

Do you have a replaceable 12V batter? When was it replaced?

Sc won't do any, they say it's firmware related and they have no fix. Purchased used in May from Tesla. No idea what the 12v status is but haven't had any issues with it. I think the issue was there all along but not noticable unless it's it's quiet.
