I was hit from behind, the guy who hit me doesn’t have insurance.
Do I need to pay anything other than the deductible from my end ?!
Cop report says the mistake is on the other driver side and I do have video evidence of the same.
My car is towed to a towing site and the earliest appointment I could find is on Feb19( accident happened on Jan2 and vehicle was towed to their location by the cops as it happened pn highway on that day itself)
Will an adjuster come and determine if the vehicle is totalled or the collision center people decide that ?!
Is there anyway my appointment can be preponed ?!
The Tesla adjustor assigned doesn’t respond promptly and the number always is redirected to voicemail.
Can someone determine if my Tesla will be totalled ?!
If Yes when will they clear the amount?!
Can I move/get my vehicle reviewed by a certified 3rd party collision center ?!
