Third winter with this car (coming from >10 years of driving Torsen Quattro), and finally had a legitimate call for Slip Start today, while navigating an unplowed rutted dirt parking lot with 6” fresh snow on top of slush. Once I could feel the TCS cutting power to a standstill to avoid wheel spin - forward & reverse - I enabled Slip Start and was able to carry on with shenanigans normally.
