What you mean by 1.0? All 2 gear cars had been converted to single speed gearbox by Tesla due to broken gears...

I basically stopped doing that now... I update my notes when I see a car show up on eBay but that is about it.
I heard a rumor that Tesla may delete their old Roadster records after some amount of time.
(7 years? 10 years?)
Why are you wondering about all this?
All of the 2008 Roadsters (and North America Signature 100 were all 2008 model year) were similar configuration.
There was only one type of drivetrain. There was no "Sport" variant (not until 2010.)

I assume that CEO1, being in USA, was asking about USA Signature 100, not EU Sig 250...
But, yeah, thanks for the reminder not to forget that EU had Signature models too.

First I wanted to advise whoever is keeping a list of change in ownership.
Second I was told the signature series had some things that were not part of the regular production run. Added carbon fiber bits for example. Did all receive the round medallions located between the seats indicating the first owner of record?
All the signature 100 roadsters were offered that plaque behind the seats. That was a signature exclusive. It has engraved signatures of many of the originals Tesla staff that helped create that car.
In many cases, it has the name of the first owner engraved on it. In some cases, some buyers opted to have some phrase put on there instead of their name.
Some original owners kept the plaque (it pops off) when they sold their roadster. Maybe they wanted it as a souvenir, or maybe they didn't want their name to live on with the car.
Since the Roadster was first announced in a Hollywood style party reveal with many Hollywood celebrities in attendance, we do have a lot of Roadsters that were first owned by movie stars.
Those Roadsters might have some extra collectible value particularly if the name plate is still intact.
There weren't too many things made special about the signature roadsters other than signature badges on the sides, door sills, and behind the seats.
Well there was the "signature green" color offered which was exclusive to VP, Founders' and Signature roadsters.
If there was extra carbon fiber trim, that was likely special ordered separately.
If you wanted to tell me about a change of ownership of a particular Roadster, you could PM me with the details and the last digits of the VIN.
But it isn't really doing much other than going into my notes, and keeping my old hobby going.

On a side note TEG, I love that video of you getting a ride in the Roadster with Martin Eberhard. I've been on a kick recently going through the pre-Model S era of Tesla.

Yeah, that was pretty special, and very cool of him, particularly when things were melting down for him there.
Yeah, 49 & 51 were clones. Both signature green... They had sequential license plates, and both registered in the same zip code in San Francisco.
My #33 has a carbon fiber frame on which the panels of the front bonnet are mounted; later that was changed to an injection molded plastic part. Similarly, the tub in the trunk is bare carbon fiber; later that was changed to flocked plastic. I don't know whether those changes happened before or after VIN 100.
