Hi, I was driving and drove over a metal thing . It scraped the base of my car. Should I be worried about that?

You can alway pop into a service center or an authorized Tesla collision center and have them look at it.

Taking that blurry image, I would worry more about that you should visit an optician before driving.
Was that really necessary? The OP is a new owner and asking for advice, not to be mocked.
