Reporting seeing the Model X in production would not be a violation. Reporting on the ratio and/or number of cars could be. The later could be used to infer something not disclosed (ie the production volume or readiness of the Model X).

Agreed. One thing we were told as far back as summer of 2014 was that production would reach an annualized 100,000 per year by end of 2015. So, i would expect to see about 120 X and S, each, per day soon and end of December hitting 150/day each for a six day week to hit that 100k number given as guidance on July 31, 2014.

yeah right...hundreds of X's per week by the end of the year....guidance 9/15...deliveries "soon"
