they're cloth covered open cell foam with double sided tape to hold in place.
Tesla might still have some. I got these from the local SC a little while ago

A little late for us. We might hunt for rims soon for the incoming Roadster project. It got minor scratches at the passenger side fender and both rims got deep curves as per photos. I just found a few of these in black in a box. If anyone needs them, $20 each or whatever is fair, I have no idea.
My wife looked at them and laughed; she says they are made out of the old hardtop headliner material with foam in the center and could make some thicker, larger? fatter? ones if anyone needs them. They actually work and have velcro on one side so you could stack them as well.

Got a bunch of stuff sitting around since selling VIN #209 last year. The OVMS is the one I originally purchased in May 2018 so it doesn't have the newer 4G modem as far as I know. Also have replacement bulbs for the OEM headlights and LEDs for the parking lights.
