Road trip south, snow tires off?

Heading down to the Sunshine State for 3 weeks leaving February 10 from Ottawa.
Should I take off my snows and put on my all seasons, for the trip? I expect there will be another month of winter once I return home to the capital, so a little unsure of what to do.
Thanks!

All Seasons in bad winter weather = dangerous, ranging from inconvenient to damaging to your health and pocketbook or even death.
Winter tires in hot weather = a little quicker wear (assuming you're driving sensibly, not racing!).

For 3 weeks, I'd leave the winters on. The premature wear on the winters will be far less costly than what you'll pay for swapping the tires out twice (once before you go and once when you return) unless they're mounted on rims and you do the change over yourself, and even then I wouldn't bother as I'd rather not risk possibly coming home with all-seasons in a bad snowstorm.
