Remove trade in?

Anyway to remove a trade-in online when not accepting their offer? I’ve asked both my IDA and Owner Advisor, but didn’t hear back or didn’t actually do it.

It’s the last thing remaining for me to complete. Likely call the OA again tomorrow to check if it at least won’t block me picking my X up on Friday.

I decided not to trade in my car at the last minute and did not have any trouble.

Yes, I changed my mind weeks after ordering, deciding to cancel my trade-in and just pay cash. It was no problem. I called my DA and he did it but he suggested it could just as easily be done on the website.
