Red sticky stuff on fender liner

Hi all, I just took delivery of a MY AWD. When I install the mid flap, I noted there is some red sticky and oily stuff all over the fender liner / wheel well of the driver front. It looks like I run over a cup of Bloody Mary or a pocket of ketchup. But could it be leaked fluid?

In another thread for model s, it was mentioned the gear unit oil is in red color. I’m also thinking about brake fluid or power steering fluid. Is there a quick way to check the fluid levels? Thanks.

Also to partly answer my own questions: 1. The brake fluid should be light yellow color, not red. 2. There’s no power steering fluid. 3. A gearbox oil dipstick is mentioned in the service manual but it doesn’t seem to come with the car.

The drive fluid is red in color. The Tesla drive unit is sealed from the factory (no service or fluid check required.) It would be rare to have a drive fluid leak.

Thanks! Also if there’s any leak of drive fluid, I feel more likely I should have seen it on the floor, not the fender liner.
