Premium Connectivity

I'm looking at swapping my 2016 S90D for an S100D and I notice that they now talk about providing "premium connectivity" for 1yr, but no mention of what happens next.

My S90D has ATT LTE which is pretty lousy service most of the time in Northern California. Is the "premium connectivity" something better, or just marketing hype for ATT LTE? I'm assuming that after the first year I start having to pay someone to keep the car connected? Anybody know how that works?

Piggybacking off this..

Do the Model S and Model X bought through Tesla used support LTE connectivity for life? 4 years from date of build? etc.?

Also, free supercharging is for life right?
