Original Roadster wall charger goes into Ground Fault

I have the original wall charger that came with my 1.5 Roadster and it has worked flawlessly for the last 15 years. I just had some work done on my Roadster so was not using the charger for ~6 months. When I got the car back and plugged it in, as soon as you tell it to start charging, the charger immediately goes into Ground Fault. Every time. I can charge the car with the 110 volts adapter, slowly, but not at high speed.

Has anyone seen this behavior before?

Can you charge on 240v but set the charge current to it's lowest?

Thanks for the several suggestions I received! Resetting and power cycling the charger itself did not fix the problem, but turning off and on the circuit breaker upstream from the charger did fix the problem. Maybe I took the wrong EE courses in college, but this seems a little strange. But, I am happy with the result.
