I wanted to search for more information about "New York State Senate Bill S3827B" and couldn't find it. Maybe someone here has an inside track information. If passed, it would provide an exemption for the sale of the first $35,000 for a battery, electric, or plug-in hybrid electric vehicle from state sales and compensating use taxes. I know the bill that would've made Tesla eligible for $7500 again is dead in the water, but, if this passed...it would be something.
