Our accounts people have my APP password and they download the invoices using the APP each month. I aint doing it for them ... pity not available from Web "My account" as downloading from there would be a lot easier than on poxy tiny phone screen and keyboard.

No need to use a proxy tiny phone screen... Stick an android emulator on a PC. Bluestacks for instance

If you then sell it down the line (you'll probably sell it at one point) you then add the sale price to your profits and become liable for tax on that

If you, then, buy another EV you have to pay tax on the profit on the sold, depreciated, car and the cost of the new one on which to claim 100% FYA - so still a net-gain - until they do away with this scheme, or Tax rate rises - so you pay more on the profit on the sale ... albeit with claiming back more on the purchase of the new replacement.
