Is it common for tesla to replace display cars from stores with new ones even though they are same-year models?
This early morning I observed 2023 MYLR and MYP demo cars from Austin Pond Springs with very low miles(<10) popped up in waitingForTesla and wonder why Tesla would replace practically new display cars unless some hidden changes. I called customer service(can't reach to Austin showroom directly) asking if they are carrying Model Y on display and they confirmed that they just arrived today. When I asked about any changes with the replacing models, I got a template answer saying no changes except for maybe month of manufacturing.
Is it common for tesla to replace demo cars every month? Could this replaced model have UD radar included as speculated mid-Jan release from FCC filing?
