Model Y Second row Headrest removal

I am trying to remove second row headrest looking at Youtube videos. When I put my screw driver in the socket, press the other button, it seems not to move no matter how much pressure I put here. Any tips that I need to follow here. Thanks for your help. This is for Model Y.

Easier if you fold the seats down.

Don't know if you were successful but after you remove the headrest, pry off the cap and remove the spring and pawl from the screwdriver side and you'll be able to easily deal with the headrest just by pushing the button.
