FYI, Configuration Options for Model X in the UK.

Spoiler alert: can get quite pricey!

Ignoring incentives, petrol savings, etc for a moment. Does not include £4,500 for government's electric vehicle grant. Prices include VAT. Doesn't include £380 delivery fee.

P90D with Ludicrous costs £26,100 (32%!) more than 90D

Two interesting things:

1. Numbers don't add up perfectly. I've added everything in Excel. Tiny differences somehow, possibly due to rounding of VAT?
2. Selecting premium package automatically chooses leather seats for you. This makes sense but it's not explained anywhere. And when you deselect the premium package the leather seats remain (it doesn't ask you if you want to keep them or not, like the 'intelligence' that some other typical car configurators built in)

X 90D with my preferred options as it stands today, after government grant: £98,250 (or £786/month with 30% downpayment.......)
