model x 3rd row not going down

i have a my16 tesla model x p90d signature, and for some reason, today, my right third row seat wouldn't go down. i put it up an hour ago, and when i tried to put it down for a bit of storage, it wouldn't. i pressed the button multiple times but it didn't budge. i also tried to see if anything was in it's way, and my cargo liner that i put in the back was caught in between the under-floor storage shelf and the seat itself, so i removed it thinking that would work but nope. could someone please help me?

I also have had that issue with my 2016 MX P90DL - I found that jiggling the headrest has helped loosen something (?) and the seat would then go down.
