Model S makes 'thump, thump, thump' sound when backing out of parking spot

I own a 2021 Model S Long Range with 21" Arachnid Wheels. Starting when the car was new, I would hear a 'Thump, thump, thump' sound under the front of the vehicle whenever backing out of a parking spot, almost as if there was something rubbing against the front tires, but there is no visible sign of wear. I requested a service call from Tesla Roving Maintenance. They arrived, verified the problem, and even took videos, but could not determine the cause. Subsequently I took my vehicle to a dealer for maintenance, and they were unable to resolve the issue. Now two years later the problem still exists. I worry that this thumping might be associated with the Arachnid wheels and could be causing damage, even though the dealer can't find anything. Does anyone know the cause of this sound?
