One of many styles available in the state including military (see plate on left). Saw someone charging in Lexington (KY) with a Kentucky version of the plate (same logo). Don't know how many states put these out. Have only seen KY and OH so far.

Maybe you could just get a Friends of Coal plate with NOT or NOT1?

Yes! The best I could do as the hex equivalent and the binary digits, etc. were already taken.
