Hi, I am looking for Tesla but my preferred color is Black. I am open to other colors though. When was this car bought and at what price? I am assuming I don't get Fed Tax credit. I am in Florida. Do you know how is sales tax handled, since you may have paid a different sales tax? Thanks, Amit

The federal tax credit is for new cars only.

Sales tax varies by state. In most states you pay sales tax when buying a used car. It has no relation to the sales tax the original owner may or may not have paid, and you do not get credit for any tax the original owner paid.
