They look better though & spell out Tesla during light show .Teslas implementation of these is a huge letdown and non-operational (as intended) anyway under current laws.
Besides, the 2023 refresh/facelift may end up with a very different headlight all together, shape and all. Or even if the housing shape is maintained, the headlight innards are bound to change once again, making the current matrix headlights another legacy assembly.... likely only good for spelling out Tesla a few times a year at holidays.
Subjective. To me, as irrelevant as my personal opinion is, they look worse. Just as the black/chrome trim, red/amber taillight turn signals and pre/post refresh 19" wheel design debates - there are those who prefer one look/finish/color vs the other. They look better though & spell out Tesla during light show .
Both these cars have matrix headlights right? black is LR. the white RWD. both picked up this week.
Have you read the post right above yours? Or thousand others like it on TMC. Matrix have projectors in them and are darker.SIlly question... How can you easily tell if your Model 3 RWD has Matrix Headlights? And can spell tesla with certain light shows... Is there a way to check with the VIN or any other way?
