I was lucky enough to demo drive a version with white interior a few weeks ago at an auto show in Santa Clara, so it's not like they can't produce them at all (interior quality was top notch by the way, at least that's what I felt during the 30mins drive).

Well... I just got a larger EDD but an earlier start date. No VIN yet. Accounting for 7-10 day transport to NY, I would need to get my VIN by this weekend to get the car by the 14th.

How are you getting Oneida? There are only 3 locations for delivery in NY, and Oneida isn't one of them. Unless you're having it shipped.

Lease agreements depends of the credit score. You might not get what the site says, someone mentioned that they use that to convince people to get the car.

Exactly. I've never leased/purchased a vehicle and got the advertised price (800+ credit score). You would have to have done everything perfect financially your entire life to get the deal, and then I'm not even sure. In the end it's just a numbers game and you end up paying the same one way or another.

It is located at Turning Stone Casino. It is labeled as Verona, but all of my interactions with the delivery team and my local SC reps, they have referred to it as Oneida, and the URL calls it Oneida.

curious as to the restrictions of picking up on tribal land...

• They can't transfer registrations from your current vehicle (new registration + new plates). This should change once they process enough new registrations to qualify for the NY DMV electronic systems, but they need new registrations for that to happen.
• All paperwork will be mailed to the customer, to be signed and sent back to the DC.
• Some restrictions on how you provide paperwork for the NY DMV. I learned this is because they have to physically send a Tesla worker to the local DMV to register the vehicle and provide the DMV with all that requisite paperwork. Things like your name and address on the insurance paperwork must match exactly to what is on your license.
• If paying cash/3rd party lender, you must pay in full PRIOR to scheduling delivery.
• You cannot refuse delivery for any reason, any issues will be resolved by your local SC after delivery. I don't believe anyone will be there for pickup assistance, AFAIK you collect your car and leave.

This is correct. Advertised lease prices are just that. Advertisements. They almost never get close to the advertised rates. My credit score is good as well and I can attest.

I think all of us that are waiting. For long range. White interior. Are already spending a lot. And they know that were the people that would have Ordered the performance if It was available. But instead Had us go for the long range So we could just sit here for a few months. On hold So we won't go anywhere else. But by the time our long range White Interiors are ready for delivery They're going to put the performance Version on the Website They better Do that before I receive my car So I can go ahead and cancel my order To get The one We know We all want. but if Thay do that after I receive mine I'm going to be upset about that also

They're definitely announcing it soon however I doubt they'll release it in North America any time soon. I'd switch to it immediately but odds are they'll release it in china/europe first.

That's intereting. When the set Brookyln as my pickup location I mention how there were locations closer to be (Buffalo). They said they could only do pickup in Brookyln, Long Island or Mt. Kisco. Figured it was a NY State thing. Oneida would have been a couple hours away as opposed to 7 and fighting NYC traffic.

Figured it was a NY State thing. Oneida would have been a couple hours away as opposed to 7 and fighting NYC traffic.

Update today! March 19 -31st.
That is a Signiant bump forward, we had an EDD that was mid April to May 10th.

M3 Highland LR, black interior, black exterior, standard wheels.
We shall see if the Tesla Gods continue to toy with our emotions... moving the delivery back and forth.

lol I just called the Tesla i ordered from AGAIN, the lady picked up, asked me how she could help me, i told her how my delivery got rescheduled with no reason provided, and how im still waiting for an update on my offer and she hung up right there and then. literally without even saying anything. this is actually abhorrent. I just called again to ask why i was hung up on and now they placed me on hold hahaha ive been sitting on hold for 6 minutes now.
