Wow! It's hard to believe it's already over - what a weekend! Drivers saw nearly 120 minutes of track time all to themselves, livestream coverage, practices, qualifying, and three races! Our last race saw multiple lead changes, and over a dozen passes! At the end of the weekend, only TWO points separated our 1st and 2nd place finishers, and only SIX points separated our 3rd and 4th place finishers!

Round 1 of 3 is over, and we expect to see multiple competitors from this event participate in one of our California events. So, to all of our California friends, get signed up so you can accumulate points for the year! Lots more media to come from this incredible event. Driver's had bucket-loads of fun, and we can't wait to share the excitement with the community!

Say congrats to your top three finishers 1) Alex Vongnhay, 2) Andrew Dekoning, and 3) Rudolph Xu!

Here's a video I've put together to further explain what the Model 3 Challenge is, why we're doing it, and how we're doing it. Then, you can watch Andrew DeKoning move from P4 to P1 over a ~15 minute race.

I think it's important to emphasize that the Model 3 platform allows you to take what is an incredible street car, retain all the creature comforts, dial in the suspension and brakes, and drive on the track with a competitive and fun vehicle! The maintenance, running costs, and energy costs are comparably very low, yet the fun factor is maximized compared to a lapping day or even a time attack. Enjoy, and we hope to see you all out there soon!
