I stopped by a place that had a, non-Tesla, MCS charger installed today and thought people might be interested in some pictures. (I am assuming that the Tesla Semi will come with a MCS inlet.)

I didn't notice the spec plate at the bottom of the side until I was posting the pictures, and I didn't get a picture showing it. So maybe next time I go through the area I can try to get a picture of it.
