For me it makes sense. I have multiple heat pumps and solar. I run a credit during my April 15th through my Dec 15 bills.If I had a heat pump, I'd use the heat pump rate, but I don't so it'd be more expensive for me due to AC use in summer.
Quick calculation says $290 more expensive than the Electric Technology rate.
To match last year I need 6992 kWh until my Solar is able to be a net positive again.
