Pretty fair rundown IMO. Thanks for sharing.
The education bit is so vitally important for any hope to peace and coexistence. The stuff they have been teaching at UNRWA run schools in Gaza is appalling and helps explain what we saw on 10/7.
It will take decades to reverse this damage.
I found this article informative. Regardless of your Point of View, the article provides useful information on how the Israeli army is methodically searching for and destroying Hamas weapons of war. It was interesting to get more detail about the tunnels. Personally, I could do w/o the extra rejoinder about Hamas in the title, even though I am very opposed to Hamas.
in the article I just posted above, there is mention of good intelligence being provided. I think this quote provides further insight into that. Good news in my opinion. If the Palestinians, help get rid of Hamas, there is a greater chance for peace.

Thomas Friedman's superpower is getting things massively wrong all the time.
Care to provide specifics? I’m amenable to adjusting my view if you can provide something besides a pejorative comment.
The issue isn’t just the total number, it’s the composition. How many are Hamas? We know from video, that Hamas fighters are wearing civilian clothes.
A good example of a claim that has been investigated and proven to be false. @Quagmire2 - litmus test, what is your take on this?

Ok, how about you DM me then? I like to think I have an open mind. Doesn’t mean I will agree, but I do form my opinions based on many inputs and much reading. I purposely read some contrarian views just to understand, and that does shift my thinking. This time (oct 7th attack), caused a profound shift. The part that’s not clear for me, is what the right long term solution is. Short-term, Hamas has to be wiped out. Just like, I’ve hardened my view about Ukraine - Russia must be soundly defeated. That is relevant here both because of the argument, and also because Russia is stoking the flames In the Middle East.
I was under the impression from what @Buckminster posted, that when you changed the “x” to ”twitter” in the url, it allowed people to see the post. When I post twitter articles, I try to provide context and information. I will try to provide more of that in the future.
