Is the Charge Rate Locked to the same levels on new chargers?

My max supercharger charge rate has been locked to about 256mph or 80KW, I vaguely remember this being "Chargegate" and because of overuse of the supercharger network and/or fire risk to the battery.

Any hooooo, I know this applies to the older 120KW chargers, but does it still apply at the new 250KW charges or have they proportionally raised it to allow me a decent rate of charge?

I'm debating Marks Tey vs. the new Gridserve station at Braintree over the Christmas break and a faster charge would make Braintree a no brainer.

Pretty sure it’s a limitation of the car, not the charger.
Therefore I would expect different chargers to behave in the same way, I’m sorry to say...

Was hoping it was a percentage thing, 66% but hopefully someone has some real world experience
