My HVAC is making a very distinct and intermittent clicking from the driver side. This only happens when it is very cold outside and the heat is on. Brought it in for service - they were unable to replicate it (my hunch is because it's not cold enough out). However they did watch these video and I was told this is totally normal and that the lead tech also has a MY and his does the same thing. What's going on here?
