How to correct an order on the wrong account

Does anyone know how to correct a Model Y order made on the wrong email? I tried calling Tesla but none fo the menu options get through to an actual person and all the email correspondence I get is from [email protected].

I just need to add the Model Y order to the correct account.

Probably easiest to just visit a showroom and talk to one of the salespeople.
