Hold time >50 mins: reporting damaged supercharger

quick question. I just plugged into the Greenwich CT supercharger and 1a looks like it was knocked into and is damaged. I called the support number and was told the hold time is greater than 50 minutes!

First of all if I needed roadside assistance that would be insane.
Secondly - is there a way to report this via email?

Their hold times are awful right now AND they don’t have a “call back” when it’s your turn option. Horrible.

1. There is a different option on the main menu to select for roadside assistance.......let's hope its not like 911 clogged with people calling about their chicken mcnuggets.
2. Notify [email protected] and let them deal with it.

In the past I've e-mailed [email protected] with a description and picture of issues. Unsure if that just goes to a bitbucket or what, I've never heard back on any reports I made.

Did they not scale the call centers to accommodate the massive influx of Model 3's? Is it like Elon's "Everyone will get a P100D loaner" - great PR but the guy saying it hasn't thought through how feasible it actually is?
