Head on Crash on Lake shore drive in Chicago

Saw a very brief story on the news about a deadly head in crash on Lake Shore Drive on Sunday. In the video b role, one of the cars appeared to be a Model 3 that was involved. Curious if anyone had heard any details. I googled and found nothing. Cheers.

I kinda had the feeling that this thread was Chicago-based as I spent a summer there in my youth. LSD means Lake Shore Drive, the same way PCH here is not Publishers Clearing House, but Pacific Coast Highway (Hwy 1 down in SoCal).

Although for a slight second I thought maybe somebody was talking about any one of the remaining members of Grateful Dead....
