GTW-019 alert meaning?

My tesla started throwing gtw-019 alert along with thc-w0148 and it will not charge and has gotten to 0%, any ideas as to what is happening?

On the service screen choose wheel configuration, switch to a different size and then back again.

You might need to connect a 12v jump pack or cables.

I don’t know if anyone will see this, but I had to replace the whole battery pack due to a coolant leak from inside (replaced the main controller in the main pack to the new pack on eBay for 8k ) and the car got a newer battery (less miles on it) and worked with no problems, we did replaced the motherboard or I suppose all the “main electronics” from the FRONT of the original pack, to the new one, to ensure no issues (not sure if any would arise in the first place) and have had no issues driving it since
