I just wish they would stick to one way of measuring vehicles, preferably WITHOUT a 1 foot rollout. If they are quoting 0-60 times, it should really start at 0 and not one foot into a launch. This makes comparisons more meaningful especially when we are talking about low 1/10ths of a second. If they previously gave out figures without a rollout and now they are, it muddies the waters somewhat.

0-60 mph should be measured in a scientific correct way.

Using a bizarre dragstrip standard, of which even in the US the majority of the people probably has never heard of, for a normal street car is just lame.

Especially when this bizarre standard (of which 99% of Tesla's worldwide customer base is probably completely unaware of) is used exclusively for the PxxD models but not for the other models.

If we're going to be "scientific" then we have to add any time to prepare launch control in any other car to it's 0-60.

All of a sudden we find everything from a Bugatti to an M3 has a terrible 0-60...
