It's amazing to be here! I am an avid Tesla EV "fanboy" and have been saving money up to start something very unique. Before buying a Tesla (WFH and barely drive at all), I want to buy a real estate (RE) property and "electrify" it with a Tesla theme. Right now, I have +/-50% of the 20% down-payment for the home and keep getting super excited thinking about it. Imagine, when you walk into the home, virtually everything decorating it is Tesla/Elon Musk/Nikola Tesla related. There is more but will save it for a future post.
I have been doing a lot of research and believe to be +/-6 months from buying the property in Austin, TX. The purpose for this property is to give Tesla enthusiasts a short-term rental (STR) when they come to visit GigaTexas.
