I’ve been waiting to get into the beta, previously updated to Holiday update 2022.44.30, and now got a second update to 2022.44.30.5. How will I know once I get an FSD beta version? Can’t find any info on 30.5.

It's getting awfully crowded in this forum.

After installation, check the release notes. You'll see the FSD beta notes in there. Also in the Autopilot menu where you will enable it.

I think that confirms my suspicion that they’re trying to meet their promise of “everyone who opts into beta will have it by end of the year”

Funny enough, you get the same clunky beta that a lot of these people had to jump through the hoops to get, including me. Good ol PTSD from the Safety Score.

Yeah, I drove 4 miles and got a FCW and I guess that averaged my score to 30 since I only had 4 safety score miles lol

If you're on 2022.44.30 then you've passed the FSD stack.

FSD stack is 2022.44.25.5

Just keep checking teslafi firmware page until it shows up on the installed software. Once they get a report that it's FSD, they'll put the FSD 10.69.25 next to the release number.

It’s probably just a holiday update for the new cars with re-re-refreshed hardware
