Frequent loss of autopilot function and need for camera recalibration

It seems as if I loose auto pilot functionality and have to recalibrate my cameras very frequently lately. Nearly every 2-3 weeks. Often after service appointments, some times after washing my car, sometimes for no apparent reason at all. Anybody have a clue or similar experience? Recalibration typically takes 20 miles of freeway driving.
